PNP-AFP action center opens in Apalit By Ric Sapnu (The Philippine Star) Sulipan, Apalit, Pampanga, Philippines – The Philippine National Police/Armed Forces of the Philippines action center wasformally opened in Apalit town on Friday. Pampanga Gov.
